Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps to quickly master KaziKazi and create the most matching resume for your target position.
How to Upload Resume?
Upload or paste your resume, AI automatically parses and generates structured content.
1.After logging in, go to the dashboard page
2.Click the 'Upload Document' button or paste resume text directly
3.Supports Word, PDF or plain text format, system automatically identifies and parses
How to Create JD Project?
Create optimization project for specific position, AI automatically analyzes match score.
1.Based on your base resume, click 'New Application Project'
2.Enter target position name and JD description, or upload JD file
3.AI automatically analyzes match score, generates optimization suggestions and match report
How to Optimize Resume?
Use AI optimization feature to automatically add keywords and optimize phrasing.
1.View match score report to understand areas for improvement
2.Click 'Apply Optimization' button, AI automatically rewrites and optimizes content
3.View optimized resume to confirm if it meets expectations
How to Export Resume?
Export professionally formatted Word or PDF document, ready for direct submission.
1.Confirm final resume appearance in preview page
2.Click 'Export' button, choose Word or PDF format
3.Download exported file, ready for direct submission
